The blog, which can be found at www.insurancecoveragelawyerblog.com, covers topics such as absolute pollution exclusions, catastrophes, intentional acts, known loss, late notice, litigation, number of occurrences, occurrence, and tripartite relationships, according to Rutkin. Users will also be able to contribute their own thoughts on these topics. Rutkin represents domestic and foreign insurers in the analysis, negotiation, and litigation of complex claims, many of which involve delayed manifestation (long tail) injuries such as polluted properties, toxic torts, and asbestos.
