NEW YORK, N.Y., November 7 – The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, and QualCare, Inc., have entered into a new PPO network agreement in New Jersey.

The agreement will give Guardian medical members access to QualCares network of health care providers and hospitals.

QualCares health care network includes more than 19,000 physicians and other health care providers, and 88 hospitals.
