ALBANY, N.Y., November 17 – AXA Equitable, a principal life insurance subsidiary of AXA Financial, Inc., has signed a new lease until 2023 for expansion in Syracuse. The company plans to acquire 316,000 square feet of leased space, adding a new data technology facility, conference center, office space, and cafeteria. The renovations are expected to begin in 2007.

This measure ensures that our nearly 1,000 employees will remain at AXA Towers, continuing a relationship with the city of Syracuse said Christopher M. Condron, chairman and chief executive officer.
