National Life Unveils New Universal Life Product

MONTPELIER, Vt., November 6 – National Life Insurance Company, a member of National Life Group, has introduced NaviStar, a new universal life product.

The company described NaviStar as a flexible premium, flexible death benefit contract that can be customized through optional riders to meet a wide variety of insurance needs. This product may also be an alternative to no lapse guarantee products, offering similar premium levels with the added benefit of premium flexibility, National Life said.

NaviStar offers clients an efficient way of providing additional coverage on another insured such as a spouse, children, or a business partner, said Mehran Assadi, president, life and annuity, National Life Group. NaviStars riders also offer living benefits to cover costs associated with a chronic or terminal illness. It is a multi-faceted product available to meet the diverse needs of our clients, all within one contract for one premium.
