MINEOLA, N.Y., February 12 – Combined DBL Resources Ltd. and Complete Accident and Health Agency, two intermediaries of Statutory Disability insurance, have merged their firms. The combined entity will be located at Combined DBLs office at 365 Willis Avenue in Mineola. Richard B. Lewis, president of Combined DBL, said that all personnel are located at this address, and that all telephone numbers will remain in use.

Lewis said the merger will create more opportunities to expand and grow the business, while continuing to provide excellent service to the brokerage community.
